Rookery is Reserved - Woo HOO vacation!

OK - so I took care of it this morning. Confirmed and paid. I haven't gotten the contract, or the "SO, tell me about your group..." email yet, but stage 1 is complete. The total damage is $2408.21. I put down half now, and have to pay half later. Matthew will now commence to twist arms, and get final headcounts.

SWEET! Thanks to the Bosephs!

Check your email too, folks and look for an email from Josh.

Now... the unpleasantries.

Fiona and Doug, we do hope you will join us for some or all of the week. We currently have 8 full-weekers. We would appreciate your response in a timely manner. I know Fiona is traveling like a fiend right now so I will call her about this. Doug...stop waffling and join us.

I propose the following payment schedule. Once Josh gets me a final cost, I will divide it amongst those attending. It should be approximately 320$ total (this is not a concrete number but merely one to help you plan your finances). I will take the first half of the payment by Tuesday, March 27. The Balance should be paid by Friday, April 13. This gives Josh the time to get the payment in order and pay the remaining balance to the rental company according to the contract.

So, I will post the final cost to the blog when I know it…so check the blog daily to stay on top of this. I will not listen to whining about not knowing the what, where, when or how of this situation. Provide cash or checks (written to Josh) and I will take delivery of them in a timely fashion. I have broken the bones of family members before…don’t think it can’t happen to you. ;-)

This is going to be a great trip, everyone and I’m looking forward to spending it with you all! Beach, Beer, not at work, Sacs&Sues, Sun, Fun, not at work…what more could we ask for???
