rounding third...

heading for season tickets?

I remember some of us (me, A, Tina, perhaps some others) talking about it last year, and I can't remember if no one was interested, or if we got it together too late to get the plan we wanted.
anyone interested?

i haven't worked all the numbers for each of the plans, or the possible distribution methods to those involved, but i was thinking a couple or three seats ($365 a seat) of one of the grandslam packages (20 games preselected), which averages to 18.25 a seat in the sun/moon deck (best seats in the house in my opinion) which is a savings of 3.75 over the regular ticket price, 8.75 off select and 18.75 off the boston series game.

I am just looking for interest at this point, but in order to be eligible for opening day tickets (with the grandslam plan) we need to have a deposit in by jan 31. depending on how many people are interested we can look at plans from there.

Are we conmitting to buying one seat for ourself or as a group we are going to get a certain number (say 5) and split amongst those who are interested?

I would be interested in splitting the tickets with someone.

I think the idea was to buy a set number of seats (2,3,4 etc.) and then divide the tickets amongst those who contribute.

So each person would get 4 or 5 games depending on how many seats we purchase.

That said, count me in!

definitely splitting them. for instance, if we go the grand slam route and have ten people interested, we could get two seats (40 tickets) and everyone could go to 4 games price would be 73 per person 18.25 a game. this was just an example...the number of seats depends on how many people are in and what people are willing to spend (how many games they want to attend).
